Privacy Policy – Willis Accountant

Willis Accountant is a private bookkeeping tool used only by James Willis (James Willis Photography and Creative Event Photography) to manage his own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.

What we access: With the account owner's permission, the app reads and updates accounting data in James Willis's own QuickBooks Online company, including transactions, categories, vendors, customers, invoices, receipts, and reports.

How we use it: The data is used only to categorize business expenses, track income and spending, and prepare tax and job-cost reports for James Willis Photography and Creative Event Photography.

Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with any third party.

Storage and security: Access tokens are stored securely and used only for this connection. Data is kept only as long as needed for bookkeeping.

Disconnecting: The owner can disconnect the app at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings, then Apps) or from the Intuit Developer portal, which immediately ends access.
