End-User License Agreement – Willis Accountant

Willis Accountant is an internal tool built by and for James Willis (James Willis Photography and Creative Event Photography). Use is limited to James Willis, for managing his own QuickBooks Online company.

License: James Willis grants himself a non-transferable, personal license to use the app with his own QuickBooks Online account. No license is granted to anyone else.

No resale: The app may not be sold, sublicensed, or offered to other users.

Data: QuickBooks data accessed by the app remains the property of James Willis and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty: The app is provided as is. The owner is responsible for reviewing bookkeeping and tax decisions.

Termination: Access ends when the app is disconnected from QuickBooks Online.
